I’ve always been a connector of people and a practical problem-solver. I entered the property space young and bought my first development project at 19, learning quickly how decisions made early can shape the entire outcome of a scheme. Since then, I’ve been directly involved in seven residential projects, ranging from single high-end homes to multi-unit land developments, representing approximately £5m in total GDV.
Alongside hands-on development experience, I hold a First Class BSc (Hons) in Construction Project Management from Sheffield Hallam University. That combination of formal training and real-world exposure has given me a clear understanding of how projects behave under pressure, from planning constraints and funding timelines to the realities of coordinating multiple professionals with competing priorities.
Now 27, I’m in the final stages of my largest project to date: a new-build scheme of executive homes within a conservation area adjacent to listed buildings. The complexity of that project, and the cost of getting early decisions wrong, is the reason this role exists. My focus is on using that experience to help other developers avoid the set-up and team-related mistakes that become expensive once construction is underway.
